Nourishing your baby is a beautiful and natural experience, but it can come with questions and challenges. Our Breastfeeding Support Class offers gentle, evidence-based guidance to help you feel confident and supported in your feeding journey.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • Understanding your baby’s feeding cues and latch

  • Building and maintaining a healthy milk supply

  • Common breastfeeding challenges and how to overcome them

  • Pumping, milk storage, and returning to work

  • Partner and family support in the breastfeeding journey

Whether you’re preparing during pregnancy or already navigating feeding at home, this class provides a safe and encouraging space to ask questions, share experiences, and receive personalized support.
