Hi, I’m Jamie, the founder of WOMMB. I’m a mom, wife, friend, Registered Nurse, Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator (LCCE), Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST), and Certified Breastfeeding Specialist — but at the heart of everything I do, I am someone who believes in the power of support, connection, and community.
For as long as I can remember, I have felt called to care for mothers and babies. Through my years as a nurse, I have had the privilege of walking alongside families during some of their most vulnerable, emotional, and beautiful moments. I have seen the joy, the uncertainty, the strength, and the love that surrounds welcoming a baby into the world.
Becoming a mother myself in 2020 gave me an even deeper understanding of the journey into parenthood. I realized that families need more than information — they need encouragement, compassion, and a village to walk alongside them.
For years, I carried a vision in my heart of creating a space where families could feel supported, informed, and connected. That vision became WOMMB during a simple but meaningful moment: sitting over coffee with a dear friend at a coffee shop that holds a special place in my heart. In that conversation, the name Wonderfully Made Mama & Babe was created — a name that represents the beauty, strength, and uniqueness of every mother, baby, and family.
WOMMB was created to be more than childbirth classes or breastfeeding support. It was created to be a community — a place where parents feel welcomed, empowered, and reminded that they don’t have to navigate this journey alone.
Through childbirth education, newborn care education, breastfeeding support, and mama-centered community experiences, my hope is that every family who connects with WOMMB feels seen, heard, and cared for.
It is an honor to support families during such a sacred season of life, and I cannot wait to walk alongside you.

Hello, I’m Fiona, Founding Collaborator / Social Media contributor of Wonderfully Made Mama and Babe.
Six years ago, when I was expecting my first child, I had no idea just how much birth education and support would impact my journey into motherhood. The classes I took and the encouragement I received gave me strength and confidence I didn’t know I had. Instead of approaching birth with fear, I felt empowered to embrace all that was to come—and that changed everything for me.
But alongside that empowerment came a realization: not every woman has access to the same support or even knows all the options available to them in pregnancy and birth. How could they advocate for themselves if they were unaware of what to expect, what decisions they may be faced with? That realization lit a fire in me to be a voice in my community—to help other women feel seen, heard, and fully informed as they step into motherhood.
Today, through Wonderfully Made Mama and Babe, I get to put that passion into practice. As a childbirth educator, I have had the privilege of helping families prepare for birth with confidence and evidence-based knowledge. That same passion has led me to pursue my doula certification, allowing me to extend that support into the birth space, offering continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout labor. I am currently welcoming a limited number of doula clients at a special certification rate and would be honored to provide compassionate, personalized support as you prepare to welcome your little one.
As a birth educator and doula in training, I walk alongside families with the same care and encouragement that once made such a difference in my own life. My hope is that every parent I work with feels supported, empowered, and reminded that they—and their baby—are wonderfully made.
