All classes are currently being hosted at the wonderful Lyndhurst Gynecologic Associates in Winston-Salem, a place known for its exceptional care and welcoming environment. The great news is, you don’t have to be a Lyndhurst patient to join these classes — everyone is welcome!  Please see our class list below:

Hi, I’m Heather! I’m a registered nurse and Childbirth Educator with a passion for supporting growing families. I’ve had the privilege of caring for parents through pregnancy, labor, birth, postpartum, and newborn care, and I love helping families feel informed, confident, and prepared for this exciting season of life.
 
I believe every birth journey is unique, and my goal is to create a welcoming, supportive space where you can ask questions, learn practical skills, and feel empowered to make the decisions that are right for you and your family. I’m honored to be part of your birth preparation and look forward to learning with you!
