Pumping, milk storage, and returning to work
Partner and family support in the breastfeeding journey
Whether you’re preparing during pregnancy or already navigating feeding at home, this class provides a safe and encouraging space to ask questions, share experiences, and receive personalized support.

Childbirth Education Classes

This laid-back and interactive class helps you and your partner prepare for birth with confidence, calm, and clarity. Rooted in the Lamaze 6 Healthy Birth Practices, you’ll gain a deep understanding of the birth process while learning how to make informed choices that support a safe, positive, and empowering experience.
Through hands-on activities, open discussion, and practical demonstrations, you’ll explore:
What to expect in each stage of labor and birth
Comfort measures and coping techniques
The role of your support person and care team
Informed decision-making and communication with providers
Movement, positioning, and advocacy for a smoother labor
An introduction to breastfeeding and what to expect in the early days
Immediate postpartum care and the first moments with your baby
Each participant will also receive a printable handout to reference at home and a few small, practical gifts to use throughout pregnancy and during labor.
This is a relaxed, welcoming space where all questions are encouraged and every birth plan is respected. You’ll leave feeling prepared, supported, and ready to welcome your baby with confidence.

The weeks after birth — often called the fourth trimester — are a time of deep transition, healing, and growth for both you and your baby. This class helps you prepare for those early days with practical guidance and gentle encouragement, so you can enter postpartum life feeling supported and confident.
Together, we’ll explore:

Newborn cues, sleep patterns, and soothing techniques
Diapering, bathing, and basic newborn care
Feeding options and establishing a rhythm that works for your family
Partner support, rest, and nurturing your postpartum recovery
